Return policy

Black Friday & Christmas:

Products purchased in November & December can be exchanged or returned until January 10, 2025.

Items bought on Black Friday can get a full refund within 14 days of receiving the product.


After the 14 days have expired, we do not refund the payment, but you can exchange the product and receive a voucher for our website until January 10, 2025.

Return/Exchange:

If you want to exchange your product/s for another size, style, or color please place a new order and make a return of your product/s by our return section please click here.

Use your order number and email address to receive the return label.

The return label will be sent to your email. If you can’t find the email please check your spam filter or contact our support team.

When the package is received at our warehouse, it takes 3-5 working days before the return is processed - After that, it takes 1-5 working days before the money is refunded/the package is received by the customer if you have wanted to exchange an item.

When we receive your package in our warehouse the amount will be credited back to your account/card that is used to purchase the order. The amount will be credited within five workdays. It cost 4 EUR to use our return section, when returning items from Denmark. This amount will be deducted from the amount when we credit. If the items are returned outside of Denmark, the price is 7 EUR.

Condition:

Items/products being returned must be returned in the same condition and quantity as it is received. In addition, the item must not be put in use and all original tags must be intact and in original packaging.

Return:

We offer a 14-day return policy on the delivered item/product from the day the purchased item has been picked up and delivered by the courier in question. 
This means that the return order must be given to the parcel shop no later than 14 days after it has been collected.

If an order is returned after this deadline, a gift card will be created on the order amount, minus the DKK 29/4 EUR return fee. 

For hygiene reasons and if the packaging/seal is broken, our BLS 3-Pack Boxers cannot be returned. We recommend following our SIZE GUIDE for the boxers to find the right size.

If you are returning your product/order, make sure you get a receipt from the parcelshop when returning the parcel.
This is used if the package is unexpectedly lost.
