Terms and Conditions

The below general terms & conditions apply to all agreements concluded between any legal entity of BLS Hafnia (the “Seller”) and the Buyer (the “Customer”) on the delivery of goods and services (the “Products”) by the Seller.

Delivery
All orders are shipped with the company GLS ( General Logistic Services) and are delivered via GLS Parcelshop, GLS Business, or GLS private delivery.
For orders in Denmark the delivery time is 1-3 business days. For international delivery the delivery time is 5-7 business days.

Payment
Please note that all orders on our webshop have 25% danish VAT. All prices are shown in EUR currency on the website.

After placing an order on the website, an order confirmation will be sent to you. The order will be packed and sent when we have registered your payment.

We use Stripe and Clearhaus as our payment methods. You can pay using MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Visa, Visa Debit, and Mobilepay.

When refunding, it is impossible to transfer the money back to another account other than the one linked to the card used at the purchase.


Warranty information
Any errors or defects in the delivered items/products from the website must be invoked and enforced against the BLS Hafnia group within two months after receiving the product.

Contacting BLS Hafnia is demanded if an eventual error/defect has been discovered. The customer is responsible for contacting BLS Hafnia in the period noted and is unenforceable two years after delivery.

 

Returns / exchanges
We offer a 14-day return policy on the delivered item/product from the day the purchased item has been picked up and delivered by the courier in question. 
This means that the return order must be given to the parcel shop no later than 14 days after it has been collected.

When the package is received at our warehouse, it takes 3-5 working days before the return is processed - After that, it takes 1-5 working days before the money is refunded/the package is received by the customer if you have wanted to exchange an item.

If an order is returned after this deadline, a gift card will be created on the order amount, minus the DKK 29/4 EUR return fee. 

Therefore, if you want to return your purchased products, BLS Hafnia must be informed, and be returned within 14 days.

If you are returning your product/order, make sure you get a receipt from the parcelshop when returning the parcel.
This is used if the package is unexpectedly lost.

If you want to exchange your products for another size, style, or color, please place a new order and make a return of your product/s through our return form.

The return fee is 4 EUR and will be deducted from the total amount we credit.

Items/products being returned must be returned in the same condition and quantity as it is received. In addition, the item must not be used, and all original tags must be intact and in original packaging.

For hygiene reasons and if the packaging/seal is broken, our BLS 3-Pack Boxers cannot be returned. We recommend following our SIZE GUIDE for the boxers to find the right size.

As a customer, you are responsible for following the washing instructions, and we won't refund or exchange if you don’t.

If the above is met, we will refund the purchase price paid for the returned order.

BLS Hafnia does not refund the shipping cost of your order.

Black Friday & Christmas:
Products bought in December can be exchanged or returned until January 10, 2025. Products bought on Black Friday can be exchanged or returned within 14 days.

After 14 days we do not refund the money back, however we offer a gift card for the full amount until January 10, 2025.


Gift cards
Gift cards purchased on blshafnia.com can only be used on the website and are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

If you have used your gift card, and you choose to return/exchange your products, you will receive a new voucher, where the return fee is deducted from the original price.

Right of withdrawal: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing a gift card.

Privacy Statement
Information about your name, address, phone number, etc., is treated confidentially and thus used only when we operate your order. Legal requirements say that we may store your personal information for up to five years.

BLS Hafnia is responsible for handling personal data; therefore, the data is stored on a secure server. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties. PayPal and Epay are our payment solutions, meaning that BLS Hafnia does not handle your data stated by using debit cards.


Disclaimers
We take reservations for errors, deficiencies in prices, descriptions, and availability.

We reserve the right to cancel and reject orders due to high demand for special limited collections. In addition, we can cancel orders that do not comply with the rules on the maximum number of purchases.
Be aware that delivery times might be longer.

When purchasing limited collab-items (e.g. Blonde x BLS football jerseys), customers are advised that these orders do not earn points in our Members Club points system.
